As a rule, I am against this kind of thing, where a book is rewritten from another character's perspective. In fact, I actively avoid it. The only reason I gave Trust In Me a try is that I have complete trust in Jennifer L. Armentrout. And Cam. I do love Cam.
Trust In Me was actually a great read! It really is basically the same story as Wait For You (which I LOVED), but Cam's perspective was so interesting that it worked. I knew the story, but it still felt all new. Example, hearing Cam's perspective of the Halloween party was really cool.
Trust In Me gives us more Jase and Ollie, which I am completelyyyy okay with. Really, I have no problems with this. None at all. When are their books/novellas coming out again? (FYI Be With Me featuring Jase and Teresa is out Feb. 4th)
Just like Wait For You, I can see myself reading Trust In Me multiple times. It just has that quality about it that gives you hope for humanity. No, I'm not even exaggerating on that one. I had faith in humanity again. Mostly in the fact that not all men suck all the time, but you catch my drift. Words are failing me. Just go read the book.

This book is all the things I love about Jennifer L. Armentrout. Hot male lead. Sexual tension. And now SNOW! Frigid is a hot novel with a great, suspenseful plot.
Being snowed in at a spectacular and over-the-top ski lodge sounds wonderful (and awfully Canadian of me). So, as far as settings go, I'm digging this one. Let's face it, snow is just magical (in theory, but usually it's just a pain in the ass). Ski lodge goes on the list of settings that I need more of.
And the characters are hot! Sydney is an easy protagonist to read. Kyler is just plain hot and swoon-worthy and all that jazz. Most of the story is just these two, but it still worked. I never got bored of either character. And the romance was hot because OMG is JLA not the queen of sexual tension or what?!
I like the addition of lots of suspense and mystery, although it was a tiny bit predictable. I think that is what set Frigid apart from any other "New Adult" title I have read. We still have the boy-that-gets-around and the girl-that-doesn't-think-the-boy-will-ever-actually-see-her-that-way, but then there is this layer of mystery and dimension. I may have had it figured out early, but it was still good.
I really do recommend this book. Frigid has hot romance and great character and a little suspense, just in case the firs two don't do it for you. Grab your hot chocolate and give it a read!

Here's a dose of NA for y'all on this fine Wednesday! This is still a thing, right? Regardless, I can't resist a book by JLA. Hands-down one of my favourite authors, and I have yet to read something by her that I didn't like. Also, snow makes things better (unless it is late May in Canada, because that does happen). Frigid will be released as an eBook July 30th, 2013. Not an eBook person? The print version will be released later this year.
