Waiting On Sever

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Jill at Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases we are eagerly anticipating!

This week I am excited for...

With the clock ticking until the virus takes its toll, Rhine is desperate for answers. After enduring Vaughn’s worst, Rhine finds an unlikely ally in his brother, an eccentric inventor named Reed. She takes refuge in his dilapidated house, though the people she left behind refuse to stay in the past. While Gabriel haunts Rhine’s memories, Cecily is determined to be at Rhine’s side, even if Linden’s feelings are still caught between them.

Meanwhile, Rowan’s growing involvement in an underground resistance compels Rhine to reach him before he does something that cannot be undone. But what she discovers along the way has alarming implications for her future—and about the past her parents never had the chance to explain.
In this breathtaking conclusion to Lauren DeStefano’s Chemical Garden trilogy, everything Rhine knows to be true will be irrevocably shattered. (From Goodreads)
I didn't really love either of the previous two books in this trilogy, but I have desire to finish this series.  It's probably because I have strong feelings about who Rhine should end up with (GABRIEL!).  This is also one of those few cases where I was wishing for a cover re-vamp.  I have high hopes for Sever though, which is to be released February 12th, 2013.

So, what are YOU waiting on?

Much love, Samantha

  2. SCARLET and UNRAVEL ME are top of my "Waiting On..." list at the moment. And Feb 5th is just around the corner! Not that I'm plugging my own blog, but I'll be talking about books I'm looking forward to this year tomorrow... :)

  4. I have heard some mixed feelings about this series. Good for you for finishing. I know how that goes. I just HAVE to finish a series once I get a couple books in.
Anywho, I have nominated you for a Liebster Blog Award because I think this blog is very cute! And you have coffee in your title. Which is important.
